Daniella (Dani) and Douglas (Doug) have retired and now live on the beautiful Portuguese coastline. They own 3 rental properties in Carvoeiro: Quintal da Oliveira (Courtyard of the Olive Tree) and Vida de Praia (Beach Life) - NEW: Jardim à Vista, a new rental property in the stunning city of Porto!!! Together they have traveled widely (Doug worked for a major airline company) and have lived in the UK, France, Brazil, Canada, Germany, and the USA. Daniella is a qualified chef and barista who owned/ran her own Café business in Colorado, USA, and speaks Portuguese (Brazil), German, English, and French (as well as some Italian and Spanish). Doug is Irish, and Daniella is Brazilian.

Whilst living in Colorado, they visited Carvoeiro several years ago (almost by accident while exploring the coast by car) and immediately fell in love with the little coastal village.  It took a few more years before they purchased Quintal and Vida. Both of the properties are unique and decorated with attention to detail and fully equipped to be your home away from home.

Porto came around a bit later, in 2023.  Life is all about balance, and Porto offers a rich and vibrant city experience, and being in the heart of the city, the Jardim à Vista studio apartment is a total oasis; even the huge garden in the city (hence the name) is special.
